Our company was established in 2009, in Athens, Greece with the mission to: Provide advanced, integrated and high technology solutions and applications at the meeting point of Software & System Integration, Industrial Automation and the Defense & Security Industries.

Emmetron derived from the merging of ATS Holdings SA, Helectron SA, Metropolis SA and ATS Automations SA.

The newely formed group will own a capital of over 2.5 million euro, staff of 80 employees and 120 outsourcers, with an annual turnover of 10 million euro.
